The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. To enroll, the applicant's health care provider must complete a WIC application form.

The WIC Program will review the completed application to determine medical/nutritional risk and financial eligibility.
If eligible, the applicant will be contacted by the WIC Program and given an appointment to be enrolled.
WIC encourages all potentially eligible individuals to apply for WIC Program benefits.
