The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

Clinic Details Located on the Tempe St. Luke’s campus, their Tempe Clinic is available to serve our patients in the East Valley.
Even though their Tempe clinic is one of their smaller locations, they still provide the same great service, including access to medication from their Baseline pharmacy.
Their patients also have easy access to their WIC department, located just a floor below.
WIC is available to women in Arizona who are pregnant and breastfeeding.
Postpartum women along with infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines are also eligible for WIC.

Bring a proof of AHCCCS, TANF, Food Stamps, or Section 8 participation who meet WIC income guidelines if you have them.
Some proof of residence or identity (example: driver's license, electric or utility bill, or an official id of some type.)
