The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.
Office Information: WIC is a federally funded program administered by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) through the OKC-County Health Department that provides nutrition education and supplemental foods for those who qualify.

Eligibility:
-Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently given birth
-Infants
-Children up to the age of five
Who may apply for WIC services for an infant or child:
-A parent, guardian or proxy
Qualifications:
-You must live in the state of Oklahoma
-You must have a family income within program limits (if you receive income from a job, you may still qualify)
-You will need to provide proof of identification, income, and address when you come in for your WIC appointment
-You may be eligible for WIC if you receive Medicaid, Food Stamps, or TANF benefits
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Closed from 8:00am to 10:00am on the second and fourth Wednesdays for staff meetings.
Classes:
Second, Third and Fourth Friday each month.

Nice office. Staff is friendly and helpful. nothing to brag about. could use a remodel and more of a kid friendly environment when waiting for "class" to renew wic every 3 months. Sometimes the classes are cancelled because they have no one to teach them.
