With covid going on I will not be going in to this office again. Before entering the office the lady in the middle and some other lady were not wearing a mask. Really? Once they saw I was coming in the out their head down and put it on right away. Why is going on. Are they hot taking this seriously? They wait to see someone coming In to wear a mask? Nope. Never again.
The ladies in the WIC office are always so nice and helpful. Super efficient and very explanatory. I’ve worked with several of them over the years as a foster mom and it’s nice to know they are knowledgeable and willing to give proper and concise information.
My son was born prematurely by 7 weeks and I asked could we wait in the back because there’s an infant and adults coughing all in the little waiting area they have. She informed me that we could go wait outside?? I mentioned to her I was able to breastfeed in the back but not sit with my premature, low immune system son in the back? She just stared at me! This office is not helpful at all and doesn’t communicate or call at all to remind you of appointments. The only reason I asked about going straight to the back is because my sons pediatrician stated because of his prematurity we don’t wait in the lobby at heir office we go straight back (for every visit). They don’t even have masks up from for those that were coughing all in the lobby smh. As I type this I’m still sitting outside waiting for my son to be called since they wouldn’t accommodate us.
