Office Information:

WIC serves women in Arizona who are pregnant and breastfeeding.

Postpartum women along with infants and children under the age of five who are at nutritional risk and who are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines are also eligible for WIC.

When arriving at the WIC clinic, you will need to bring the following:

• Proof of income ( latest paycheck, last years tax return, or a letter from your current employer).
• Bring a proof of AHCCCS, TANF, Food Stamps, or Section 8 participation who meet WIC income guidelines if you have them.
• Some proof of residence or identity (example: driver's license, electric or utility bill, or an official id of some type.)

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk.
