Office Information: Palm Beach CHD, West Palm, offers to eligible residents the following services:
1) Primary pediatric and adult care
2) Multiple family planning methods
3) Anonymous HIV testing and counseling
4) Immunizations
5) Lab work
6) Dental care
7) Emergency shelter and human services.



For pregnancy services:
1st appointment is for financial screening (PEPW), WIC, nutritionist, lab work, nursing assessment. 2nd appointment is HIV counseling, social worker assessment and physical examination. Clients can walk in for assessment or financial screening.
It may be two weeks for physicians visit in some centers.
Other services include WIC.
Women not qualifying for funding sources may pay a sliding scale fee.
For pediatric services, immunizations are free and well-baby checkups may be paid by Medicaid or sliding scale.
Medicaid or Health Care District clients may receive primary care through Medicaid or Health Care District.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk.
