I have been trying to reach the medical records section of your clinic this has been going on now for a little over one week. All the phone does is ring I live down in the Austin area so believe that I should not have to drive almost an hour away to talk to them pertaining to the records of my 17yr old son. His PCM is in Dripping Springs they claim that they do not have all of his records. I will need all of his records mainly looking at his shot records cause he is on his way to college.
