WIC is a Program Promoting Healthy Eating and Well-being for Families

WIC Offers:

Access to no-cost healthy foods through the WIC card
Guidance on nutrition and wellness to support your family's health
Farmers' market checks for purchasing fresh fruits and vegetables
Assistance with breastfeeding, including support and a breast pump loan program
Aid in locating doctors, dentists, and other community services
Individual, group, and online education sessions

You may be eligible for WIC if you:

Are pregnant
Have experienced a pregnancy loss or termination
Gave birth within the last six months
Are breastfeeding a baby under age 1
Have a child under age 5 (including foster children, legal guardians, and single fathers)

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
