Office Information: WIC hours: Mondays and Wed 8am - 6pm; Tue/Thur/Fri 8am - 4:30pm; 2nd Sat 8-12.
Call for a WIC appointment.
WIC is a supplement food and nutrition education program for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or up to 6 month post-partum, infants, and children up to age of five.  It is a short-term intervention program designed to encourage positive nutrition and health behaviors in a targeted, high-risk population.

WIC Supplemental Food Program
Be Sure to Bring:

Proof of income
    Paycheck stubs
    income tax return
    OR:
    Proof of current eligibility for Medicaid, Food Stamps or FIP

Proof of your address (one of the following):
    Utility Bill
    Rent or mortgage receipt
    Driver\'s license with current address
    Voter registration card with current address

Proof of identity for each family member applying for WIC (one of the following):
    Driver\'s license or passport
    Birth certificate
    Insurance or Medicaid card
    School or work ID
    Hospital/medical record
    Crib card
    WIC ID folder from any state
    Social Security card




The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.

    I would like to set up an appointment with WIC to see if we qualify to get help with my childs formula. We were referred by pediatrics gastroenterologist.

    I have called a couple of times trying to get a wic appointment set up and nobody has called me back. i am 31 weeks pregnant and would like to receive wic. i have left two voicemails.
