Office Information:

WIC is a supplementary nutrition and nutrition education program for pregnant, breastfeeding or up to 6 months postpartum women, infants and children up to five years of age.

They are a short-term intervention program designed to encourage positive eating and healthy behaviors in a targeted, high-risk population.

Requirements:

• Paycheck stubs
• income tax return
• Proof of current eligibility for Medicaid, Food Stamps or FIP
• Proof of your address (one of the following):
• Utility Bill
• Rent or mortgage receipt
• Driver's license with current address
• Voter registration card with current address
• Proof of identity for each family member applying for WIC (one of the following):
• Birth certificate
• Insurance or Medicaid card
• School or work ID
• Hospital/medical record
• Crib card
• WIC ID folder from any state
• Social Security card

Hours of operation:

• Between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
