    Hello! I wanted to apply for Ohio WIC benefits. The link for the online application is not working. Is there a different way to apply or an updated online link? Thank you in advance.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.



Office Information:

There are WIC offices in all of Ohio's 88 counties.

Applicants can call the Help Me Grow Helpline at 1-800-755-GROW(4769) for specific clinic locations or call your county WIC office.

Eligibility:   

  • Pregnant women   
  • Post-partum women, up to 6 months post-partum   
  • Breastfeeding women  
  • Infants and children up to 5 years old

Must Be:

  1. Income eligible  
  2. In nutritional need  
  3. Living in Ohio

Benefits:   

  1. Supplemental nutritious foods   
  2. Nutrition counseling for yourself and child  
  3. Referrals for yourself and your family to other health care programs such as prenatal and child health care   
  4. Breastfeeding support
