Office Information:

WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is a nutrition program free of charge to Washington families that qualify.

WIC Hours of Operation:
Monday - Wednesday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
closed on Thursday
Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm

WIC Hours of operation are subject to change, please contact the clinic to confirm hours and/or schedule an appointment.

Eligibility for the WIC program is determined by household size and income.

WIC Eligibility:
Be a resident of Washington State
Pregnant women, new and breastfeeding mothers, and children under five: WIC provides nutrition assistance for these groups.
Dads, grandparents, and other caregivers: Caregivers of children under five can also sign them up for WIC.
Foster children and pregnant foster teens: Both are eligible for WIC.
Participants in other assistance programs: If you or a family member receive Medicaid, Temporary Assistance

Nutrition education
Breast and chest feeding support
Healthy foods
Health screenings and referrals

How long you can stay on WIC:
During your pregnancy and up to 6 months after baby is born
Up to 1 year after baby is born if you continue breastfeeding
Up to 6 months after baby is born if you are not breastfeeding

How long can your child stay on WIC:
From birth up to the 5th birthday

At your appointment, WIC staff will check to see if you and your family qualify.

The Granite Falls WIC office meets in The Father's House Church, next to the food bank.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. This website was created for women looking for WIC information and locations. We are also working towards adding other locations and services that may help out women.
