I made an appointment on behalf of my father who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. When making the appointment I made sure it was okay to go without my father, since he is unable to leave his house. He is in terrible pain because of his recent diagnosis, and he needs some pain medication prescribed. I brought everything they told me to when I made the appointment, but when I arrived Dr. H refused to see me because my father was not with me. I was advised that Dr. H would not meet with me but could only call my father. Also, she would not prescribe anything for pain and if he needed something he could go to the ER. A primary care provider who does not provide any care. So, my father waits in pain as we try to get hospice set up.

Everyone here is very nice, and my appointments are on time and im in and out of there fairly quickly. the only issue is that they never answer the phone, you have to leave a voice mail, and no one will ever call you back. i need to confirm an appt. and i still have not heard back after about 1 week. i have some questions (mentioned in voice mail ) and still no answer. ridiculous that there isnt anyone available to handle this. I now have to get some time off of work just to see when my next visit is. it is irritating to say the least
