Office Information: Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a nutrition program that helps mothers and young children stay healthy and eat properly.
The WIC program serves eligible women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or have just given birth, infants less than one year old, and children less than five years old.
WIC provides:
Nutrition education Private and group sessions with a nutrition expert Support and help with breastfeeding Referrals to other services that can help you and your family (e.g. immunizations, health care, dental care).Healthy recipes Access to healthy foods Eligibility:

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
