Office Information:

WIC is a food and nutrition education supplement program for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum for up to 6 months, babies, and children up to five years of age.

They offer a short-term intervention program intended to facilitate in a focused, high-risk community positive diet and health behaviors.

Hours of operation:

• Between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Proof of income  (Paycheck stubs, income tax return)
• Proof of current eligibility for Medicaid, Food Stamps or FIP
• Proof of your address
• Proof of identity for each family member applying for WIC 

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
