Good afternoon, i had an appointment last week on Wednesday March 25th and when i got there the office was closed. I called and was told that someone will be calling me back and take my intake through the phone. I was pregnant and was receiving WIC on the 17th of march i gave birth and needed to register my daughter. I have been calling the office since last Thursday and no one answers the phone and i am still waiting for that call. Can someone please reach out to me via email or cell as soon as possible. Thank you.
This is the second time that I’ve tried to call in advance regarding a time sensitive matter and I still cannot get a call back. I understand the workloads can be overwhelming and you all are short staffed at times but these calls, especially for working parents, are the only way we can reach you quickly. I can’t just take off work every time I need to address an issue. I’m typing all of this here for the same reason I’m writing this statement, I won’t be able to tell you over the phone. It would be much appreciated if phone calls could be prioritized at least once a day to get back to mothers who call in and leave their messages.
No one answers the phone. No one calls back. I have called 8 times and left multiple messages without any response.
Nobody ever answers the phone.
