Have a household gross income at or below 185% of the federal poverty level. You can find the current income guidelines for Tennessee here: https://www.tn.gov/health/health-program-areas/fhw/wic/redirect-wic/income-guidelines.html

4. Nutritional or Medical Risk:

Additional Rules:

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. Was not happy with the staff. The front desk lady was super rude and the nutritionist treated us like we where dumb and was very rude as well. This office needs more training on how to treat others.
