Office Information:

WIC is a federally funded program administered by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) through the OKC-County Health Department that provides nutrition education and supplemental foods for those who qualify.

WIC Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday 8:00 -4:30pm
Closed Wednesdays from 8:00-10:00am

Eligibility and Qualifications:
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have recently given birth, or Infants, Children up to the age of five.
- Live in the state of Oklahoma.
- Have a family income within program limits
- If you have Medicaid, SNAP or TANF, you are automatically eligible for WIC benefits.
- Only a parent, guardian, or proxy (e.g., foster parent) may apply for WIC services on behalf of a minor.

No appointment is necessary for WIC services. However, you can call the main line at 405-425-4384 to select the clinic nearest you and speak with a WIC representative for more information and to see if you qualify.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC.
