Office Information: WIC provides low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants and children under age 5 who are nutritionally at-risk with nutritious foods, nutrition and health education, breastfeeding promotion and a referral system for health and social services.

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk. Fathers can also bring their children to apply for WIC. You may apply for WIC if you are working or unemployed. Check the Income Guidelines Table to see if you are eligible for WIC. I recently had my first experience using WIC for our foster son. I was very impressed by the staff and the respect and compassion they showed to every applicant. This program is amazing and the team at the Quarryville office truly care about their moms and children. Since I work in healthcare I have heard lots of negative reviews on wic but this was not my experience at all! Thank you for all you are doing for our community!
